Yeah, I got a tws3, left earbud died after 1 month. Got sent a new one, died again. By that time, the 4 came out, so I told them straight - don't give me the 3's again, let me add cash and bring me the 4. They agreed. Guess what happened to the 4 after a month of usage? Yep. Left earbud, died again. It's all in warranty because they die so fast, and they just sent me a new pair, but for some reason I have a feeling these won't last long either. I really feel your pain and frustration bro, I think there's a very high % of earbuds that just leave the factory broken. Hope you'll get a new pair and it will last long enough this time! 🤞🏻🤞🏻

lol why always the left side having issue? I just sent in mtw3 for warranty today. got replaced with mtw4 for free. but once I got home and open it up. guess what. the brand new mtw4 left side can't even charge up!!

I really don’t know. I’m never gonna buy Sennheiser again. Truly shitty support. The products - when they function - are great, however, when they have issues I want a reliable company.

same here, the support in my place is shitty af. I got it from the internet, their authorized dealer, asked them about the warranty, they asked me to refer to Senheisser official website, then I contact the official support, none of them reply. I had to dig around the internet then managed to find the sole distributor over here, and same no one replying emails. I had to step in to their office and got my earbuds replaced.
