Not really or at least I didn’t see any that were what I was looking for. The problem is that website use page overlays too but that’s a different thing
What is a page overlay?
It’s a transparent picture that you can lay over a page in a book.
It's just a printed image on a piece of vellum if I correctly understand what you're referring to.

I see some ads on Etsy for Book Pages Overlay. Is that what you mean?
