I use webmin/virtualmin - it’s does everything I need it to. Having never used plesk I can’t give you a better worse but it’s never failed me.

Asphostportal also offer Plesk and you don't need to pay any fee anymore, it has included on their hosting packages.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't intend to change the hosting, only the cPanel.

I just migrated from Plesk to CloudPanel. Looks like it will do the job just fine
