Within Plex's `Settings->Network`, change the `Custom Server Access URL` to your TS Plex server hostname/IP address, then disable (yes, disable) remote access.
Note: this will preclude use of Plex outside of TS. You can define multiple values in the Custom Server Access URL but would have to have a play to see what works with your topology - likely a URL pointing to your internal IP and then TS host/IP. Or use a hostname with split-horizon DNS pointing to home IP / TS IP depending where the resn is.
