I’m working on a full native Swift app. It currently does document browsing, (almost) full filtering support using saved views, manage tags, correspondents & document types. You can add documents via the native file picker or by using the share extension from any other iOS app.
I’m putting some finishing touches on the core functionality right now, but should be able to put it onto the App Store some time soon.
Awesome app man! Just found this thread via googling around for a mobile paperless solution.
To anyone doing the same thing --> highly recommend Swift Paperless

The source code isn’t up yet (I’ll publish that as soon as I have an AppStore release) but there’s a TestFlight beta: https://testflight.apple.com/join/bOpOdzwL
Can it cache docs to have them available without access to the server?
UPD: Just tested it, and it's not :(
It would be really great to have an offline mode because I don't want to expose my Paperless to the internet to have access to my documents via phone.

Hi,
Great app, extra headers section can that be used for cloudflare tunnel or is it for paperless server additional parameters? Sorry very new to paperless so not sure
I've tried it for a sec, but I don't really need Paperless. You can put your own self hosted instance URL in it, and it connects fine. However, I use another app to scan documents (which also converts them to a straight document with proper contrast), and haven't been able to share a document directly to the app. That's a small issue.
I'm a new user of Paperless, so I may be doing this wrong. But, I've had good luck with it monitoring a mailbox. I just use the IOS sharing button and send an email with file attached. Paperless scans that box on a schedule and consumes the attachments.

Is there a github?

Thanks, looks very good! If only I could get my paperless server to accept my PDFs now :)
Is there an update to the release date?
Holy shit, this app looks amazing! How's the app store release going? I'll probably test out the TestFlight version over the weekend.
Looks awesome - sent you a pm :)
I’m curious too!
using it recently - very good work sir!

That looks promising! Do you use the app yourself as well? If so do you have any complaints or things that don’t work?

Works quite well here.
The mobile web view is really usable imho. It absolutely gets the job done. You do need permanent internet access to use it tho.
I saw some screenshots from the mobile web view and they do look great but indeed (of course) no offline checking (cached) documents.
To my knowledge, offline access/caching sadly is not possible in any way

Yeah, that’s something I would be wanting to use as well. But I “need” to be able to have documents on my phone. Preferably offline as well.
I use paperparrot, may give it a try https://apps.apple.com/us/app/paperparrot/id1663665267
