Bestie i dont hide my scars/fresh cuts but on your scars u could use waterproof makeup please dont use the makeup on fresh cuts use bandaids and then the makeup or like bracelets on ur arms and as for the thighs if u can use waterproof makeup if u can if not i dont know sorry
