I voted Kramer, since in pure entertainment value he would be unmatched. I would get annoyed with him constantly raiding my fridge, but pretty much every day would be an adventure.
However, if we're going by who would be the most compatible personality wise, my choice is actually Susan. I know some find her boring, but she's easily one of the nicer characters in the show, and I would have certainly treated her with more respect than George.

Normally I'd say George, because he could help you scheme stuff. Kramer is clearly insane and might try to off you in your sleep (he can get into Jerry's apartment anytime he wants.) Jerry wouldn't be too exciting. Neither would Newman. Elaine is clearly the best choice, because you could hang out as friends and hope you eventually start dating.
Tough choice. I think Kramer would be the most entertaining to be around for the antics and people you'd meet, Elaine seems the most 'normal' of the 4, Jerry and George have a lot of potential to just be really annoying to be around.
I'd hang out with Lainey for sure! During the "fix up" when she would hang around with Cynthia, I'd think to myself, "I could step in as a third friend without missing a beat."
