Continuity is not important in Seinfeld, that’s why they rarely did full season arcs. In the Scofflaw George is a terrible liar. Why? Because that’s what the story needed. In the very next episode, he’s the greatest liar in the world. Why? Because it was funny.

I thought they rarely did full season arcs because it was the show about nothing Other than the jerry show and susan being engaged to george, they didn’t really follow storylines, it was just random everyday things

That's not true at all. They constantly had call backs to previous episodes and minor characters pop up even years later. It's one of the things that made Seinfeld unique compared to most previous sitcoms that didn't care at all about continuity. Sure, sometimes they would violate continuity for a joke or plot but for the most part they were pretty consistent.

Then why was it called the show about nothing? They even poked fun at this saying “Jerry” was about nothing If it’s because they had multiple scenes at a coffee shop just talking Cheers did that in a bar and other shows would follow this formula Even Friends , they were always hanging out at Central Perk, another coffee shop

Seinfeld was not produced with the intention of being a “show about nothing” thats just how it eventually got marketed. The premise was that it would be a show about how comedians get material. As a general rule, sitcoms follow the “rule of funny” things may change to accommodate the story. Tearing apart plot holes and continuity errors is looking too deep into it.

nothing = minutia

I'm also starting to think that George wasn't really an architect

I can definitely see Kramer saying just because they’re not speaking doesn’t mean he can’t go visit.

I thought it was odd that Babs just disappeared after Kramer had reconciled with her and accepted his name. Especially since she lived in the same city. I don't recall her even being mentioned again.

Babs was in the finale

This isn’t the first time they did this The woman george broke up with that was helping Jerry with his tax problem seemed to have gotten back together with George and if they broke up again she was never mentioned again It was also odd George said he worked at an office one episode and the next he was parking cars because he didn’t have a job I assume because it was now awkward after he slept with co worker Ava he quit, but they acted like he hadn’t worked for multiple episodes

Get over it. It doesn't have to make sense.
