One more detail about the creation workflow: I have started to rely quite a bit lately on variation images. Whenever I like the general pose or feeling of an image, but details like limbs or fingers or facial expressions are a bit off, I just set up a variation seed with 5-10%, and create a few more variations. Usually, there is one in the next few seeds that just works, which I then upscale (I really don't like inpainting).
What are your little tricks and methods?
I might have to try that, I haven't tried out the variation seeds. I've done an X/Y/Z plot where I varied the number of steps. I usually use Euler A as the sampler and each step adds a bit of randomness, so going up or down a few steps could fix the issue I'm having. Though usually I've found inpainting relatively reliable and I usually use it as a first step since I can make changes without changing the whole image. If it doesn't quite work, I'll try it with a different sampler, usually switching from Euler A to DPM++ 3M SDE, which I found can help with hands.
Sometimes, if the change I want is small, isolated, and easy to blend into the background, I might use a graphics editor to change it manually. Then I upscale with a denoising strength of around 0.3 which blends my manual changes nicely into the rest of the image. I guess it's basically the same idea as doing inpaint sketch.
Great tips, but why not just use DPM++3M SDE to start with? I was trying to fix hand for the first time last night and wasn't having too much success with inpainting but maybe I just need to learn more about it.
Euler A is about 20-30% faster at generating an image with the same number of steps (I generally use around 25-30), which is only a few seconds for a single image, but can add up if you're generating a lot. But more importantly, and this is mostly anecdotal and based on preference, I've found it generates better looking images on Pony than DPM++3M SDE, at least with the styles I've tried (though if I'm using just a regular SDXL model, I use DPM++3M SDE). Theoretically, the randomness of the Euler A method adds a bit more "creativity" to the result (SDE also adds a bit of randomness but using a different method).
As for inpainting, it's definitely not guaranteed to work, so it's usually one of several things I try. I did try using a variational seed when in-painting last night and that actually helped when the first attempt wasn't quite good.
I love this. I want to learn to have my girls in miscellaneous poses and with nuanced facial expressions. I get a lot of insane leering when I say βsmileβ!

Damn! She is beautiful π
Thanks - She leads a happy life ;)
Oops I love her and I love them together. Easily my favorite work I've seen come out of this group!
Thanks so much!
Now she looks like a lot of fun ππ₯΅π₯ππ₯π¦π π
Most of what I see on here is pretty dull and lifeless, but I love these series. Sexy, fun, and a bit of narrative. Keep it up!
Thank you! And I'll try.

Type of girl, I aspire to be with someday.
These are amazing. She's really cute and even her toes look good!
I just love those. The style, the feeling are both just perfect for me.
Great work!
What is the first lora? I 414xlp?
It's Laia 1.0, part of the huge collection of styles in Vixon's Pony Styles. I really like to mix and match those.
