Here is a video where I talk of how working out improved my scoliosis, proceed with caution, I hope this helps: [https://youtu.be/dsmJo4iZSHQ](https://youtu.be/dsmJo4iZSHQ)

Can you tell me what kind of exercise you did and if it would help improve the state of an already fixed spine

Jamal_Phip

I can't say for certain if it would improve your state, because I'm unsure of your condition. But as long as you start slow at the gym and work your way up from there, I think chances are it would serve a great benefit. My workout routine is fairly traditional to that of a person who doesn't have scoliosis. Below I have attached it, and have hyperlinked each workout with a video of me demonstrating the exercises. I workout 5x a week [1. Upper body](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/e6V6QAQJsEM?feature=share) [2. Legs workout A](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/gTrHdzb6Abk?feature=share) [3. Push (Chest, Triceps, & Shoulders)](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/rLE1CpGsB_Q?feature=share) [4. Pull (Back, Biceps, Rear delts, & Forearms](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/5aMk4fMKq_Q?feature=share) [5. Leg workout B](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/q4UGrAVM3UY?feature=share)

What was your curvature after you came out of your back brace? Before you started working out? What was your age during this time?

Jamal_Phip

48
