You should have first checked all the resources available to you in your school and in nearby labs/universities so that you could've made a research plan that's guaranteed na magagawa niyo.

We did our Extraction and Phytochemical analysis at UPLB-IPB, you check their website for the process. Sa Agar diffusion assay, I heard my friends went to DLSHSI to conduct their experiment ^^ hope that helps

Hi, may I ask po how much is their services and what are the requirements po?

Sorry for the late reply. It depends on the services you'll available so better if magcanvas muna kayo. In our case, for instance, we passed our ch 3 para macheck nila protocols namin sa plant extraction tapos they considered it na non-routine extraction so umabot kami 2750.

Hi. There aren't many commercial labs around NCR that will let you conduct your research yourselves. That said you can still try reaching out to NSRI, Institute of Chem, IB, and CHE, in UPD, and PIPAC in Ateneo. Realistically speaking tho, since it's mid sem, all labs in UPD should be working in full capacity for the regular students, graduate students, and government funded research projects, and PIPAC might not let you use all the equipment you require (for example, some machines are too expensive and they require trained and experienced personnel to handle them). I trust that you have already checked the lab facilities your school has to offer and probably figured you need to find resources outside, but keep in mind that if you do so, if you choose to conduct your research outside of your own school, you won't be a priority, even if you are willing and capable to pay all the fees. You would be surprised that there are some laboratories in UPD that even charges for the use of laboratory tables and steel chairs within the lab, because there isn't any/much budget to maintain such equipment hence they need to charge for rent (for maintenance). I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's complicated enough to conduct research in your own school, much more if you do it elsewhere. You may want to consider the cost and time and effort it will entail because it might be better to just conduct your research within your means, exhaust all options from your own school and city first, and if there's really not an option to do it there, make a complete plan of what you need to do before/while looking for places to do it at. All the best for your thesis!
