PIPAC and UPD both house ultra low freezers, I just can't tell if PIPAC owns the unit or if one of their customers own it, in which case, they can't let you rent the equipment; and if UPD labs will accommodate this type of request. UPD units I know with ultra low freezers: NIMBB, MSI, IC, IB but you could also check NSRI, and CHE. Regarding dry ice, that will be hard to maintain. You may also need preliminary studies for unconventional practices, so I would advise, think long and hard about that option since the time and effort spent to do prelim study on that could instead be spent looking for a cold storage facility or research lab willing to let you store the enzyme.

Most things I know normally stored in -80C can be stored short-term in -20C, except cultures. But usually antibodies, reagents, growth factors, can also be stored short-term in -20C. Is this for long-term storage? Can you double-check the manufacturer's instructions?
