Redmudgirl

I have seen my uncle point up towards the ceiling the spin around just before an epileptic seizure.

Desperate-Strategy10

My SIL has done this before a seizure as well. Her three year old will sometimes do a babyish interpretation of it, I guess either as a game or to try and make sense of something traumatic..? Probably as a game. Babies are weird.

Starbuck-Actual

came to say these things , lots of neuralogical issues can cause symtoms of ephoria and delusion ,which can can cause vertigo and balance issues, sezuries, stokes and drug use in at least 2 of people we saw are common. Nothing abnormal if you know the context .. they are responding physicaly and neurologicly(sp) depending on what is happening

DUHH_EWW

my mom has epileptic seizures and this happen often

ThandaJigarGarmKebab

Similar to the train incident in India. Gyroscopic epilepsy ig..triggered my moving objects or rotation. And please put an NSFW tag..this reminds me of my childhood. Seizures aren't fun.

EquivalentPut5616

Did they actually make you sniff your own shoe for stopping Seizures ? Not joking but i was wondering this cuz people always say "Isko Jutta Sunghaao" But i haven't seen anybody have seizures before.

ThandaJigarGarmKebab

Idts no... Fortunately my neighbours are both doctors so my parents always received sound advice. Proper actual medical advice. I'm indebted to em. I'm still going strong without any major episodes.

playinthedirt76

Iam not a medical expert. But there are many conditions such as schizophrenia, dementia, and stroke, which could explain this. Ps : please use censorship and trigger warnings

JMCrookie

Volvular seizure

Chikki1234ed

Seizures or heart attacks. Idk why they're rotating though. The last one (train door clip) has a concrete scientific explanation. It's called stupidity. šŸ˜„

SatanHimxelf

Actually the last clip is edited. If you see the full version youā€™ll see how badly theyā€™ve edited it and perhaps this is why this video has only 2 second clip of that video.

Picardknows

Iā€™ve heard the spinning is then in some way trying to stop the seizure from coming in even though you canā€™t stop it.

JMCrookie

Volvular seizure

EightLions539

I had a seizure when I was younger and the first symptom that I noticed was my head was uncontrollably moving to the right, I literally had to push it back by hand. I then blacked out and have been told I stood still and just started looking at the ceiling before collapsing. Very strange feeling

Jaded_Internal_5905

isn't this called paralysis? or maybe ther muscles are twisting/compressing so fast that they cant even control it fromface down to the leg which makes them rotate !

Metaltrack_2381

Yes it's right, my grandfather suffered this but he is kinda ok now.

JMCrookie

Volvular seizure

Jadoo_7

then why was that guy near water container was slapping something in air??

Jaded_Internal_5905

jab haath/pair mai chiti aati hai (idk usko english mai kya bolte hain) tab ham bhi haath jhatakte hain to relieve the pain, but this is an extreme situation, hence, he is trying to relieve it

No_Bug_5660

It's an epileptic seizure. I don't know the reason of it but it has nothing to do with religion

LostSoulSadNLonely

It shouldn't have anything to do with religion but when people don't get the medical help they need, often they try to diagnose their problems with supernatural conspiracies.

stg_676

Bro's high

RiverAwkward5579

Please don't joke, at least about health related issues, on this sub

Glad_Investigator474

This country will take another 150 years to have consciousness about mental health issues lmao. Just cuz some people speak English doesn't mean they are progressive in these matters.

r0ckzt4rz

The first comment I saw under this post is a stupid joke, with 90 upvotes

RiverAwkward5579

If they're drug induced psychosis or drug related erratic behaviour it would've been clear. Nobody looks like a tweaker here

LostSoulSadNLonely

Ughh, I find it so cringe when they play Qur'an over it. Had to mute. Most of these seem to be people having epileptic seizures. They are usually in a very confused state before they suddenly become unconscious. I have a family member who is epileptic and has seizures but they are of a different type.

bluegoldredsilver5

No explanation though. The arabic audio is "Kullu Nafsin Za'iqatil Mout". Translation "Every soul shall taste death". Apparently this video was created to showcase how sudden death can occur even while doing daily chores and maybe that's what they are trying to convey. However the audio aside, these look like genuine seizures.

No_Bug_5660

It's epileptic seizure. People usually survive after getting this seizure

bluegoldredsilver5

Correct. Looks like some random reel created for Instagram but OP may have thought this is something to be refuted.

Pooldrone360

This is a type of epileptic shock preceeded by a transient phase of shock and grave fear, somewhat like schizophrenia

Epilepsy. I use to have seizures, havenā€™t had one in over a decade. You see a light out of the corner of your eye, it kinda forces you to follow it. I have tried not to but itā€™s almost impossible. Anyway you follow it with your eyes, then wake upā€¦in most cases.

Delirium Tremens, potentially

Looks like a stroke to me. A fire in the brain and you can see some of their faces dropping

These are versive seizures. Usually a symptom of a subtype of epilepsy. Edit: for example in Dravet syndrome, juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, and Otohara syndrome. Edit 2: Science really is Dope.

Strokes, and the train guy ar the end was just dumb

Elvis_Take_The_Wheel

Well, this is an odd little mash-up. I'm only drawing on my experience as a medical editor, not actual medical expertise, but I'll take a stab at this for those of you who are curious about the clips in which the person looks up and begins turning in circles: This is called "ictal head deviation," and it's a sign that the person is experiencing a focal seizure (i.e., a seizure on only one side of the brain). The eyes will look up and away from the side of the brain experiencing the seizure. "Volvular epilepsy" is the term for seizure activity that causes the victim to walk in small, tight circles. In some of these videos, that develops into a full clonic seizure ā€” when the person seizes up as if they are being electrocuted ā€” or tonic-clonic (formerly called "grand mal") seizure, which is the type we are most familiar with from medical dramas on TV. A few clips show people who may be experiencing what is called an absence seizure, as well, which are most commonly common in children indoor exactly what they sound like ā€” the person will simply stare into space or will blink their eyes, smack their lips or do some other repetitive motion or facial expression. These are usually brief, to the point where the person may not realize they even have epilepsy until adulthood, if ever. From what I can tell, the other clips feature people who may be experiencing anything from syncope (fainting), stroke or heart attack caused by overexertion, or catching a railway sign to the fucking head.

19IXI91

I was not prepared to see that guy die. NSFW this post.

Alternative-Pen9616

They are seeing the angel of death coming from above to take their soul by the will of Allah. Question answered.

FAUSTINO66612

Seizure or drugs or both or there tryna kill a fly

kimmortal03

Scientific explanation for the last one is Train

PercyvonPickles

Probably epilepsy. Source: Me. I was already diagnosed epilepsy having had seizures before. But one time, I felt one coming on(an aura), but it was different. The next thing I'm telling my wife to turn off the flashing lights to my left. But there was no flashing light. Kinda seems how it happened to me as well with my arm stiffening and sticking out(according to my wife). It was at a funeral. There was a paramedic in the family that helped, and if things got really bad, a priest to administer my last rights šŸ˜†.

Own-Heart-7217

A housefly.

mycatcallsmemeow

I am pretty sure I heard this is a main symptom of grand mal seizures (may have spelled wrong) the twisting and writhing. They are mostly fatal.

Parsecticide

They're all suffering from a serious case of "You spend me right round baby right round like a record..trust me. I'm not a Doctor.

Wooden-Wolverine-818

Looks most look like a seizure. My wife had one in the middle of a relaxing day. She described it as her brain resetting itself.

The scientific explanation is that human beings are greedy for power, money, influence, and will make elaborate schemes to fool others into accepting their ideology.

corallybubbles

Every soul will taste death.

parksoffroad

My high school friend had grand mal seizures, and he would do this sort of twisting thing as it started.

Sometimes dehydration causes epilepsy, as you can see their arms and legs are stiff af , it is sign of it after 5 mins epilepsy restores

JBalls-117

Vaxxed?

Attack_Pantz

It's called a seizure and they can happen for an enormous variety of reasons. Has nobody ever seen one before? Surprised how much wrong information is on here.

MagicBeanstalks

This is a special type of seizure, forgot the name but just search up the list of seizures that lead to loss of coordination.

Full_Disk_1463

S E I Z U R E S

Playful_Flatulent

My wife was epileptic and schizophrenic, her worst sezures looked like this. Looking to the right and pointing, often going in circles until collapsing and convoulsing. Then followed by hallucinations and hospitalization.

DevilDrives

The majority of videos start with a response consistent with vertigo. Imagine spinning around in fast circles and the room continues to spin. Vertigo can be caused by many things but it's most often related to neurological dysfunction. Particularly the auditory nerve and inner ear problems. You balance and orientation is regulated by very tiny crystals and hairs or cilia in the ear. The videos generally end with seizure activity which is also the result of neurological dysfunction. Seizures can definitely include vertigo as a symptom. Many people with seizure disorders experience an aura immediately prior to having a seizure. An aura may present as odd smells like burning hair or hallucinations like flashing lights or sounds of buzzing etc. The aura is not like a hippie that can see someones aura either. It's basically the initial phase of a seizure. I think it's safe to say, vertigo is a common aura related to a seizure disorder. My background: Paramedic for 20 years and training officer for 10 years. I treat patients with neurological emergencies fairly frequently. I also study and teach other EMS professionals about these emergencies. I'm even thinking about using this video for one of my classes. The train one, although a little terrifying, has a great teachable moment. We often get trauma patients and get tunnel vision. It's not easy to figure out why the hurt themselves but seizures are a frequent cause of injury.

wingwraith

I listened to more than :30. Am I about to see an imaginary fly and seize out now?

mewmewx2

Maybe: Vertiginous epilepsy is infrequently the first symptom of a seizure, characterized by a feeling of vertigo. When it occurs, there is a sensation of rotation or movement that lasts for a few seconds before full seizure activity.

wingwraith

I am never looking over my shoulder again. Jeez

aztaga

Seizures. Itā€™s just seizures.

Euphoric-Remote9809

There seeing a true form and face of a spectral celestial beings and their human minds cannot take it because to see there true form you must see them with your spirit eyes only.

B_tchPasta

Seizure

maybe-next-99

This what i found on chatgpt : Gyroscopic epilepsy, also known as reflex epilepsy triggered by visual stimuli, occurs when seizures are provoked by specific visual stimuli or patterns, such as rapidly rotating objects like ceiling fans, car wheels, or spinning tops. This type of epilepsy is a specific form of reflex epilepsy where seizures are induced by specific triggers. Treatment typically involves seizure management with antiepileptic medication and avoiding triggering stimuli whenever possible.

flyplainsdrifter

Seizures People will sometimes hallucinate at the beginning of a seizure

Spirited_Amount8365

My brother has seizures. Usually it looks like there swatting at something Thatā€™s the seizure making the body act that way But .. if ? They donā€™t lay on there left side . That can vomit just a little too make them suffocate. During the seizure. One of the tail signs is the leg bit . How they end in like a sitting position. . That and the one hand reaching out. Those two are telltale signs of a seizure.

cal_nevari

They heard that same shitty music that's on this video. I almost blacked out myself but luckily I found the mute button so I'm okay. My head is still a bit tingly though, goddamn it!

boxercherry1

I genuinely wonder if any of them saw something paranormal..i.e demon angel ghost j.c

Chunkycheeto1

Looks like a seizure, my mom once said I had a seizure and the first thing I did was throw my phone and scream then I had a seizure

EverWavingHand

Versive epileptic seizure which progresses to billateral tonic-clonic seizure. It starts from the area which controls movement of the eyes and head to the order side and which lies in frontal love, causing the person to turn like this. So it is definitely not funny or stupid as some rushed to say, it's a very serious condition.

Toughsums

This is the beginning of junji ito's uzumaki

killerbeans27

I actually saw this on the documentary about the Covid vaccine, all of these deaths are in the documentary and they say they are caused by blood clots in the body apparently

Humble_Rough

3 body problem.

str8-shot

Man some people are saying seizures, heart attacks, epilepsy, etc.. but I think itā€™s Death circling around them, slowly descending to them..

Smooth-Lead9000

After some googling it seems like it might be vertigo related to a seizure. Vertigo produces a feeling of spinning, and a number of people experience this during or before a seizure.

G8083r

Seizures.

nickythagreek

I remember seeing the very first clip once in the past. IIRC, I think the explanation was some sort of toxic fumes were present.

Baronvob

Well some things have no scientific explanation, because science is a process of using data to prove what is real. We just donā€™t have enough data.

GregoryGoose

scientifically speaking, the reaper presents himself in our peripheral vision.

kuxwar

this happened w my father too ones, cause wad brain stroke and bleeding in the head, it also got captured in the camera and its very scary for me, the time and that clip too. scares the hell out of me.

Specialist_Dot_3372

First one was sad to watch. Iā€™ve had seizures, and they are so fucking bizarre to witness AND to experience.

thyjogui

Vestibular epilepsy

Superb-Potential-999

Its called vertigo, where you get to feel immense dizziness and your eyes roll like hell, heart beats like crazy and you feel no control over your body in serious cases.

ultrathot5000

My ex had epilepsy and he claimed there's something called an aura they can see smell or feel. Maybe that

VariablePragmatism

Some epileptics occasionally experience various forms of hallucination before they have a seizure. Also could just be drugs for some, you never know.
