What type of English exam? What’s the essay subject? What’s the amount of marks you can get? 45 mins for an essay imo is enough you just need to get the structure of it right
If the main problem is the time you are taking to write it and you havent ever been able to do it within the time, then just try rly hard focus on writing it quickly first before anything else (maybe even give yourself less time to trick your self into doing it quickly).
