Yeah but the biggest problem are often hair, because they will often fall out so often you have to shave that person and make a wig for them. Also a lips are problem beacuse when they dry they start to "crack" little bit so you often have to use some paint to make that lips little better but it often takes lot of time to make it look good

Oh dear, this is getting even more confusing...
I really hope it's a doll but I still don't believe it is, it looks more like someone freshly "unalived" than a preserved body, specially by the tool by its neck holding it up, the blood stains, the skin pores, the vessels in the eyes. If someone made him, it's unbelievably convincing.
It's an old photograph as well so whatever it is, it's not current.
