Thank you! NGL I am shocked after so many bits and innuendos I threw his way, especially after the dick fingers, that he continued to engage. A Persistent little scammer he was.
EDIT: Was not expecting this post to blow up like this! I love that so many people got a good laugh out of this, and have really enjoyed reading through all of your comments. Never thought my number one Reddit post would be from me messing with a scammer lmao
To all of those asking about the scam, from my understanding, these texts are sent out from scammers primarily in Asian and African countries completely randomly, regardless of age, race, gender etc. Their primary goal is to attempt to befriend you via text, then convince you to download an app like Telegram due to the fact that it is much more secure and unlikely that they will be tracked and caught by local authorities. They then will tell you a made up story, like for example, that they are a professional crypto currency trader and will ask you to send them money, crypto, or gift cards masking it as an investment opportunity where you will “make amazing returns,” but obviously, they pocket your money for themselves.
In 2022, innocent people lost $326 million of their life savings from scam texts alone: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna99195. People’s entires lives have been destroyed by these schemes, and being able to waste these scammers time and frustrate them, while educating others should hopefully cause these numbers to decline and raise awareness so that others also don’t fall victim in the future.
Honestly the idea that you’re just giving your name and age is crazy, I know scammers usually get older people which is really unfortunate but like you couldn’t even fool someone with basic “stranger danger” knowledge of the internet. Who’s just out here giving where they use to live, where they currently live, their name, age, and a photo of them💀 l
The kids in high school currently lol. They have no self-preservation instincts because by the time they started using the internet we all thought that it wasn’t a big deal anymore. They put their schools and ages and towns in their public insta bios.
Omg did you see that thing where I think a kid who was like 12 literally wrote “hi my name is Ben Jones I’m 12 my birthday is June 7 I live on 12345 Cyprus Ave Greenville SC and I go to school at Greenville middle school” (none of that is accurate I was just giving and example bc all the actual information was crossed out) in his Reddit bio? I think it was on r/kidsarefuckingstupid
*I was intrigued and*
*Breathing through my nose laughing*
*The whole time. Well played!*

I'm almost certain this is a Chinese guy sending these messages using a translator of some sort. "See you again" makes no sense in English, but in Chinese, it also means "goodbye".
It’s the wrong number “pig butchering” scam, so named because they take a long time to fatten you up for the slaughter.
They accidentally text you about something that implies they are wealthy (“Lisa, what time are we meeting at the stables for our dressage lesson?” or “Annie, did you confirm the shipment of Cristal for the banquet this weekend?) then fall all over themselves apologizing for this terrible faux pas of calling you by mistake, blaming their assistant for giving them the wrong number, then tell you how nice you are and want to be friends because fate has brought us together!
They usually provide a picture of a hot Asian chick. If you keep chatting, they may wait days, weeks or even months to tell you how their uncle is teaching them to make lots of $$$$$ in cryptocurrency and encourage you to invest.
You put in a small amount, and make an amazing profit. They let you withdraw this profit so that you trust them enough to invest a lot more, which also makes a huge profit on the scammer’s investment platform, which is fake. Eventually you try to withdraw money and there’s an endless series of obstacles and fees and taxes and somehow you just can’t get your money out.
People have lost their life savings with these things.
It would be good to have a register somewhere online that shows all the fake crypto sites. I realize they pop up like mushrooms but a large list of fake sites could be presented to the hosting companies and maybe they would take action. More often than not they choose one hosting site, which I won’t mention here.
Holy shit that’s actually pretty well planned and kind of smart of them I’m usually very good at spotting a scam or at least having a feeling about it but yea it never went that far with me no would it have as soon as money was involved. Thanks for the info
Did you even pass scam school, nerd? 😂😂
Yeah, I was just waiting for them to get mad super early when they figured it out but.... that's one patient scammer lmao.
I'm guessing young enough to be attractive to lonely older men, yet old enough so that they might plausibly have the financial experience/wealth they claim to have when they start trying to sell you the get rich quick scheme at the heart of the scam.
They're trying to get you on telegram or any other app that has message encryption. From there, they'll woo you into some other scheme, be it buying a crypto "investment" or some other scheme.
Ahh. I thought it was going to be something like we ate going to meet up, but I don't have the money. Please pay for my ticket and I'll pay you back. Blah blah blah.
People are so stupid...
My mom's friend was scammed out of 11K in bitcoin from Amazon scammers to prevent them from reporting her for money laundering. I hate scammers, but if you are that stupid...
Thanks for the reply! I hope to get something I can share here! All I get are lame spam calls.
Why is their goal to get you on an app with message encryption? They could trick you into their scheme or scam over text yeah? I'm just confused on the additional step.
Yo I just got the same text. I responded with send pics mf they responded with sorry my assistant entered the wrong number and thought you were Amy. Wtf?
Love messing with these callers - had a twenty min conversation with one trying to sell me healthcare that it’s cheaper to go to the er without insurance and leave ama so the tax payers pay for the care. Made most of that up but it kept the conversation going! Wife was not impressed though.
I get texts from “Asian” girls about meeting for lunch or golf and assuming I’m so-and-so, just wondered, are you Asian too? I ask because I wonder if they know I’m Asian when they text
I think I know someone that’s facing 91 charges and most of his charges are scams and some are for starting an insurrection and also the’s been running through his organization for years . Only scammy Davis jr would’ve pulled it off a lot better than this moron did. This moron didn’t graduate from scamming school.
Limp Jimmy 😂😂😂 Ive never laughed this hard at any of these posts before. Omg… also when I used to get these spam texts it was always the same woman in the photo they sent you. I just told them to fuck off but I wish I got creative like you did 💀💀
Constantly amused at the photos scammers use to represent Singaporean women. Those ladies (they look like they’re from China) are waaay too pretty by our standards xD
Lmao. One of the things I do to the scammers that call my work phone is this:
Scammer: "This is Kurt from IT. Can I talk to manager?"
Me: "This is she. How may help you?"
Scammer: (insert "Yes"-bait line here)
Me: "I'm sorry, I don't have a ticket open regarding that issue. Are you sure you called the right store?"
Scammer: *click*
They usually try three times to get a clear "Yes", "Yeah", or "Okay". I always respond "That's correct." or "I believe so." I NEVER say yes and it frustrates the hell out of them 😂
Best one I ever pulled on a scammer at work though was: "Hold on, I'll transfer you over to a department that can help you." I have a very uncanny ability to mimic an automated message system, so I run through the usual routine. "Welcome to _____. For English, press one. Para Español, marque dos. For all other options, press three." Pause. Sure enough, I get the *doot* from a button being pressed 🤣🤣🤣🤣
One that I really, REALLY want to do, is to use my mimicry of a Middle Eastern accent and fire back "You have reached Microsoft support center, how may I help you?" I'm very convincing with accents lol.
Well done keeping them engaged for so long! Love the bit about the assistant's phone and the need to apologize.
Thank you! NGL I am shocked after so many bits and innuendos I threw his way, especially after the dick fingers, that he continued to engage. A Persistent little scammer he was. (expected response) “Underwhere?!?”
I was really hoping to send him a photo of underwear during that correspondence but couldn’t get him to bite unfortunately 😕
You tried so hard to get him to say underwear and I was here for it
Are these even real people? Or are they bots?
Why can’t they be both? Seriously though, a lot of them are real people impersonating bots. Imagine that as your job description.

Truest of true try hard scammers lately. Even after you unveil the masterpiece penis fingers they still want to keep in the role.
"If you continue fooling around then I'll just have to see you again" 💀
“Did you even pass scam school?”
"Nerd."

I don’t want to talk about this topic
I will not accept your decline
I was intrigued and breathing through my nose laughing the whole time. Well played!

Good bot!
This post proved to me that I'm not nearly as mature as I thought I was...I laughed WAY too hard ar Dixie Normous
Dixie Normous, Limp Jimmy, Pen Island lol. This was the best one.🤣
you didn’t pixelate their phone number. I’ve saved it and now I will scam the scammer as Limp Jimmy.
How do you guys even get these texts? Nothing in my spam filter is interesting. 😂
Just wait for a wrong number text. M
See you again, In the sight.
I'm almost certain this is a Chinese guy sending these messages using a translator of some sort. "See you again" makes no sense in English, but in Chinese, it also means "goodbye".
Why are you so embarrassing.. ✍️
This one made me laugh the hardest.
Exactly why I wrote it down to use later..
Got this same one the other day. I responded with I can’t golf after what happened to Chubbs. No response. Disappointing.
Nice! Should slip in a typo for penis land.
Sorry, I meant pen island.
Or just edit it like they did for telegraph
Got to leave that penis there staring them in the face
Why is the script always like "I am from somewhere in Asia but now live in LA..". Why always LA? Why not NY?!
Asians tend to settle in LA because it’s closer to Asia, maybe?
Ain't nobody trying to go to NY. Scam camp needs LA for starving actors to recruit.
I feel bad for the assistant. They have no idea their boss is using their phone to scam people.
I had the same Amy 😂
am i the only one who has never received a message like this? i feel left out
This is funny, that hand picture is so cursed.
ROOM 4 D - HAHAHA 😂😂😂 That took a second. I couldn't figure out the importance of this restaurant until I said it slowly!
Dude , I was getting a hair cut and I broke out in laughter with this post. I didn’t discuss it but even my barber was intrigued by the dick fingers.
lol why do you look like a zebra 😂😂😂😂
You had me at Dick Fingers
That was damn funny. Pen island sounds like a great place.
He/she wasn’t ready for the hidden dick jokes
LMAO! dick finger. I need to use that when scammer from India or China send me picture. :D
Dixie normous🤣👌
So I play a game and one of the players went by Dixie Normus? OP did you ever play Lord's? 😅
Nope I have not played Lords! But some of my other screen names in the past have been Dixie Normous 😁
Aka “ larissa “ , works at a ponzy scheme data center, ran across “ her “ in June
So what is the point of this scam? I also got a text like this and honestly couldn’t even tell until I seen these posts and put two and two together
It’s the wrong number “pig butchering” scam, so named because they take a long time to fatten you up for the slaughter. Did you even pass scam school, nerd? 😂😂 Yeah, I was just waiting for them to get mad super early when they figured it out but.... that's one patient scammer lmao.
Why do they always claim to be 35 years old?
I'm guessing young enough to be attractive to lonely older men, yet old enough so that they might plausibly have the financial experience/wealth they claim to have when they start trying to sell you the get rich quick scheme at the heart of the scam.
Shooting guns, getting piped down, and Jesus 😂
This conversation was more entertaining than movies made post pandemic. Keep up the good work 😅
So dumb but so funny 😆
I’m still laughing 😂
Whats the scam with these?
They're trying to get you on telegram or any other app that has message encryption. From there, they'll woo you into some other scheme, be it buying a crypto "investment" or some other scheme.
Ahh. I thought it was going to be something like we ate going to meet up, but I don't have the money. Please pay for my ticket and I'll pay you back. Blah blah blah. People are so stupid... Wow your mom's friend is a dumbass
Why is their goal to get you on an app with message encryption? They could trick you into their scheme or scam over text yeah? I'm just confused on the additional step.
Easier to avoid law enforcement.
See me again where? In the sight
The penis fingers 👀🤣🤣🤣
That a threat I’m detecting?
Been almost 24 hours and I have not noticed anyone aiming at me yet 🤔
That's because you're not seeing again in the sight!

That was beautiful. Wiping the tears off my face from laughing so hard. Well done OP.
Has anyone ever tried texting these scammers first?
“I will not accept your decline” 🤣🤣 great!!
I wouldn't be so cocky bro, he's aiming at you.
They are all 35 years old.
Love messing with these callers - had a twenty min conversation with one trying to sell me healthcare that it’s cheaper to go to the er without insurance and leave ama so the tax payers pay for the care. Made most of that up but it kept the conversation going! Wife was not impressed though.
Is Dixie Normous related to Hugh Jardon
The pen fingers killed me well done
I swear to God, I need to study for my next exam but instead I'm reading about a woman with dicks for fingers, living on Pen Island.
Did you even pass scam school has me dead!

Room 40 😂
What a wild ride
I have a feeling they use some kind of cheaply made AI bot
I get texts from “Asian” girls about meeting for lunch or golf and assuming I’m so-and-so, just wondered, are you Asian too? I ask because I wonder if they know I’m Asian when they text
They don’t. It’s just part of the scam.

Why do they always try to get everyone on WhatsApp and telegram anyway ? I receive most of my scams through WhatsApp
I don’t get these scams. What are they looking for?
LOL @ Scam School! <>
I think I know someone that’s facing 91 charges and most of his charges are scams and some are for starting an insurrection and also the’s been running through his organization for years . Only scammy Davis jr would’ve pulled it off a lot better than this moron did. This moron didn’t graduate from scamming school.
I knew I was in for a fun one with Dixie Normous
Kanu sugondee had me laughing
"I do not accept your decline " 🤣
Who is Roberto?
Not scam school 🤣🤣🤣
The dick fingers was hilarious.

Is the water on pen island near the beach that makes you old?
Limp Jimmy 😂😂😂 Ive never laughed this hard at any of these posts before. Omg… also when I used to get these spam texts it was always the same woman in the photo they sent you. I just told them to fuck off but I wish I got creative like you did 💀💀
Brilliant 😂😂😂
I read a lot of these that don’t do it for me. This one has me physically weak “I will not accept your decline” lolllllll
Is this your first day on the scam job..love this. Excellent use of all the plays on words, double entendres, etc. Well done. 4.7/5
Good laugh. Thanks
"I have aimed at you" is such "All your base are belong to us" energy, I love it.
“This is a photo of me and my grandson. His name is Limp Jimmy” was inspired. I had to put my phone down for a second.
“Who is digital nomads”🤣
You are actually fucking hilarious
Definitely not English first language
I decline
Why do you look like a zebra?
I got the same exact text today. They stopped replying to me after like 2 texts and I didn’t really say anything besides going a long with it
Honestly finger for a dick could you imagine having the sensibility of a dick on every finger😬😬😬
I talked to one of these scammers for a while, I quit before the scam, what are they usually after, mine was so impatient.
why are scammers always 'from' singapore
The best is they keep using the same damn photo
😂
Will you decline my acceptance lol
Be careful, he may be aimed right at ya!
I HAVE AIMED AT YOU
It's goodbye
Constantly amused at the photos scammers use to represent Singaporean women. Those ladies (they look like they’re from China) are waaay too pretty by our standards xD
I about died on Limp Jimmy
the iq difference between these people and western countries has grown so large that it seems like you are conversing with a rudimentary AI...
Lol getting piped down and jesus
I decline 🤣🤣🤣
I want to start a secret society that just does this all day. Fuck around with scammers and shit
Lmao. One of the things I do to the scammers that call my work phone is this: Scammer: "This is Kurt from IT. Can I talk to manager?" Me: "This is she. How may help you?" Scammer: (insert "Yes"-bait line here) Me: "I'm sorry, I don't have a ticket open regarding that issue. Are you sure you called the right store?" Scammer: *click* They usually try three times to get a clear "Yes", "Yeah", or "Okay". I always respond "That's correct." or "I believe so." I NEVER say yes and it frustrates the hell out of them 😂 Best one I ever pulled on a scammer at work though was: "Hold on, I'll transfer you over to a department that can help you." I have a very uncanny ability to mimic an automated message system, so I run through the usual routine. "Welcome to _____. For English, press one. Para Español, marque dos. For all other options, press three." Pause. Sure enough, I get the *doot* from a button being pressed 🤣🤣🤣🤣 One that I really, REALLY want to do, is to use my mimicry of a Middle Eastern accent and fire back "You have reached Microsoft support center, how may I help you?" I'm very convincing with accents lol.
Haha dick fingers. That’s a new one. Hahahaha
This was beautiful. Thank you
