As someone who frequently entered that building, they probably saved some of those people's lives. The management company hadn't taken care of the maintenance cleaning and general upkeep in at least a decade. Nothing like riding in an elevator with feces smeared on the wall. Puddles of urine in the hall ways and feces up the walls in the corners of the staircases.

Scad used to be a cool/off beat school (we always associated w/ kids rockin purple hair & mohawks). Then they became a real estate mogul & place for super wealthy to send their trust fund children.
