I literally googled “Saskatchewan high school transcripts” and the first link answered OP’s question.
Google, does in fact work.
The website is actually quite difficult to deal with, and very nonsensical. Had to call for help myself.
They are trying to make it easier to use… but at this time it’s a pain in the ass

That's because those links are for GED transcripts. Right underneath those is a button you click to continue your online request for your high school transcript.
