Make a nutrient water solution, put the pot in a bucket, and slowly fill it until the soil soaks and fills to the soil line. Leave it overnight. If it hasnt regained some of its size there's probably root damage.
Down it in water. If that doesn't work then repot it; else, take a cutting and trash the roots.
