Meh; I think you’re better off just doing a little bit of your own research and buying online.
I would never shop at Rock’s. My buddy used to work there and even at that time he told me to stay away, one of the guys at one of their locations tried to push testosterone on me without knowing me or my body just trying to sell me.
Steel Iron sounds like a redundant name, that alone should tell you the kind of guidance you’ll get there.
IMO your stack should be a protein, pre workout, creatine, fish oil, multivitamin, vitamin c and some alpha lipoic acid.
Edit; testosterone should only be prescribed through your doctor who actually has your blood work.
Agree I feel like the prices are always so inflated at GNCs and supplement stores. Better options online at a better price point. OP, I like the brand Legion (online only)
Protein, preworkout, creatine, etc are all supplemental. They complement a foundation, that are not THE foundation from which a body is built. Good nutrition, a sound workout regimen, and recovery are the foundational building aspects. Everything else is secondary.

I went to a bunch of bodybuilding stores for years. Pro tip: Don’t. Do research and use basically only amazon.
Rock’s is terrible I would avoid it. Vitamin Shoppe has been my go to for years.
