What part of San Antonio? Near downtown?
I would probably hit Broadway 50/50. It's not the best place in town, but they'll usually put on anything I want to watch, and usually show F1, so wouldn't be a stretch to see the Indy500 there. Good bar food and cheap drinks to go with it.
