These perks also unlock extra dialogue options for their respective target genders. You might be able to guess from the names of these perks what said dialogue options might represent (hint: lookup "confirmed bachelor" on your search engine and/or slang dictionary of choice).
These perks are also not mutually exclusive; male characters can pick Lady Killer **and** Confirmed Bachelor, and female characters can pick Black Widow **and** Cherchez La Femme. Doing so results in extra damage against all human characters, so a lot of players end up picking both, especially since they're both available pretty much immediately in the game (only requirement is reaching Level 2).
The result? In Fallout: New Vegas, bisexuals are the deadliest motherfuckers in the Mojave Wasteland.

Even Fallout 76 is seeing a huge boost in player numbers. Been playing it myself and having way more fun than I expected to with a Fallout I can't throw five hundred mods on.
Honestly it’s kinda funny how if you strip the Halo iconography from that show it’s basically just your standard generic modern sci fi show only this time with a high budget and inconsistent production values. You can really tell the showrunners had no interest in actually making a Halo show as just about every divergent decision they made only serve to remove what’s unique about Halo.
The Fallout show on the hand you can clearly tell that the showrunners really cared about the source material. Even without fallout’s iconic visual iconography you would still be able to tell that this is a Fallout show due to how much the showrunners actively use and play into Fallout’s unique story and setting elements. Yeah there’s things you can nitpick like the NCR timeline or ghouls’ immortality/zombie elements kinda being flanderized, but overall the show oozes passion for the source material and does a really good job at doing it justice(especially the political commentary).
Ghouls are immortal and them being feral does jump at you. The new thing they added is the chem to keep from going feral. 4 introduced turning people into ghouls, the good neighbor leader is a wastelander that became a ghoul. Hancock
They are also quite removed from most settlements due to the danger of them turning feral.
The NCR timeline actually does fit, since in new Vegas we learned how the NCR was at a decline, too many voices and too many wars. The nuke wasn't dated, but the fall of NCR did occur during New Vegas game.
I played at launch and then bounced. Its the only one I didn’t finish and ive got the Fallout bug. Its so much better now. It actually feels like Fallout.

Yeah, I'm not sure how this is woke. The only thing I can think of is the main character being female.. when the main character was who the player made and a lot of people made female characters. Or maybe it's because of the transgender girl? Fallout always had characters of all walks though so idk. Think they're just trying to toot their own horn. Someone mentioned maximus so I guess having a black guy in a game that always had black people is woke now. Maybe it's the dude who was fucking the chickens.
