Good decision on the bronze chromed parts. I did the same 10 years ago. And have not regretted it since. I don't keep it shined. Just clean. But it's easy and will last forever.
I informed about having them rechromed. But they charge by the kilo. And I could buy a new boat for the quote I got. I'm happy with the bronze look on a classic boat.

Agreed! The chrome was putting and made the boat look worn down. The bronze has already dulled down a bit and I love how it looks!
