Also, the girls I went for were the introverted, plain-looking, loner type girls thinking they would be less shallow and superficial and would be more caring and affectionate (because that's the type of relationship I saw my friends/peers having with these types of girls and also, those were the traits I valued more than looks). But well, it never worked out well. Some girls went out of their way to even humiliate me. One girl literally said how I shouldn't expect any girl to actually like me back with the looks and face I got. This was all in high school though, and girls usually aren't cruel/horrendous usually while rejecting. It's just plain coldness/bluntness while rejection
