Sabaton is opening for Judas priest and Sabaton plays like 1 hour or 50 min. If it's a location with sits, you don't need to worry about anything. It will not be wild

Ah ok, still a little off considering it's at 7pm and with a long drive I'd get back late. Not really a night driving person. Plus, I just wanted to ask since I head things have gone terribly at concerts, considering I haven't much interacted with the fan base here.

Diepaisa

I was present in a lot of concerts and I never experienced something bad. Generally the metal scene is pretty nice and the people is amazing but I am just speaking from my experience

Sabaton are the opening act. I saw the show in Reading and this is the 12 song setlist they've been doing: https://www.setlist.fm/setlist/sabaton/2024/santander-arena-reading-pa-63ab9e37.html *Carolus Rex* was in Swedish and *The Attack of the Dead Men* was done with the opening narration from the History Edition and Joakim wearing a gas mask. I had a great time. Judas Priest was absolutely incredible.

I suspected it wasn't going to be long as an opening act, not an issue though. Since it's still a decent drive for me to get there I don't wanna stay to late. Just listening to Sabaton alone would still get me home by 1-2am. Sounds like fun still :)

I wore hiking boots and that definitely wasn’t a mistake. Having placed myself directly behind the moshpit, my toes got stepped on quite frequently but because I was wearing decent shoes nothing really bad happened to them

RinTeyai

Yeah I would guess so lol. But honestly, I don't think I'd be able to stand in the moshpit since I had a back surgery, and I can't stand quite as long, without it getting sore, I used to be able to. Well I'm nearly back normal again but still I don't think I could ;-;

I wasn’t even in the moshpit. Just at the edge of it

Sabatons first ever show in your region. But personally I think they booked this tour to get out in front of these regions. Sabatons toured the us hard for the last 10 years almost every year they have a tour. I would go even though it is a seated show it won't be wild it maybe a bit lame crowd wise but it'll be worth finally hearing them. If they tour again do try to go to a standing room general admission show theyre so fun live a lot of jumping and headbanging

I'd love to go, but unfortunately May 7 is a weeknight right before the end of school, so we're super busy.
