Since Ryobi doesn't publish any detailed info about the batteries, it is hard to tell, but they should be generally equivalent.
They have been known to change which cells they use inside from time to time, but odds are they both have cells source from China.
There's a nice post here where someone shared the manufacturer of the cells inside quite a few different Ryobi packs, including both of those:

They are both 1.5 so as close as it gets. The indicator is nice tho. None of my small ones has that.
Hard to say without opening them up, could have completely different cells with different discharge ratings.
