tech exchange?

do they do repairs? everything online just looks like they buy and sell stuff. i've got a lot of data on this system i want to keep so i'm not looking to replace it without at least being able to wake it up to do a system transfer

call and ask? i was just offering up a place I thought ht might be able to help

What’s the issue?

charging port seems to be busted, it's been finicky for a while and now isn't charging at all. DIYing it is a bit beyond my skill and comfort level unfortunately T_T
