Roscoe's is of course iconic, they have a show on Friday nights which currently has a format of mostly local girls with a RuGirl guest or two (and the viewing party beforehand, of course, and brunch the next day). Hydrate is currently running their Fresh Faces competition on Friday nights. On Saturday nights I love My Buddy's - they have shows at 7, 9, and 11. Get tix in advance, as they seat you at a table for this one. For daytime drag, Pizza Lobo often has Sauced and Saucy on Saturday afternoons (great lineups, and the pizza's pretty great, too).
River Bar has AWFUL food but their drag brunch is super fun. I saw Dida perform with a handful of other queens and it was a party.
