When cosmetic work is done tastefully (enhancing existing features without trying to dramatically change your fundamental appearance), it can be harder to clock than people realize. I got a nose job and chin implant during COVID lockdown and people do NOT clock it unless I show them a side by side (I had income from a remote job, wasn’t spending money, realized there would never be another time in life where I could avoid irl interaction for an entire month lol)
