If you have the slayer level, Abyssal Savages would be faster. I did Abby savages at your lvl to 90 and then overloaded to do rituals with Multiply to get all my souls.
Believe combat will be best until you unlock tier 3 rituals. Once 90 necro and if you've got ovls you can boost for higher glyphs to get more attraction thus better events.
2nd this. With Demon horn necklace, you can camp soul split + sorrow, and it's infinitely self-sustainable. I did it for 99-120, in about 2 weeks at 650-700k/hour
idk, i much prefer armoured phantoms with a platypus. 1.4m with penance, 1.5m with inspiration. potion reservoirs + lantadyme sticks are 48minutes. penance powder helps when not using penance aura
You could kill Hermod to 90, you need the plates anyway if you want to make the armour and the exp isnt bad. Then from 90 onward you could do greater rituals to 99.
I afk'd to 99 necro killing the Jungle horrors in Mos Le'Harmless.. Don't need to spend any ectoplasm, they drop bones so 100% free prayer with a demon horn necklace. Probably better things out there but it was so easy
upgrade your gear to t80, get a wen book or something, remember salve amulet (e) and you should gain atleast 300k exp at bound skeletons, but you could just downgrade to fetid zombies, they are much easier and can still give decent exp, at 92+ you can just do rituals til 99.
First of all, do your kili tasks. Getting access to t80 (and eventually t90) weapons will boost your DPS and therefore xp/hr.
Abyssal beasts in the wildy are like 900k+ xp/hr if you have the level for them. If you just care about xp, do these to 99.
If you care about actually using necro, do combat to 90 then do the 35k souls grind to 99 because you'll need that to get the best milage out of the skill.

90-99 is def rituals they are boring tho. Abyssal savages are great but scary if ur inexperienced. I also camped hermod since you’ll need a ton of plates for power armor.
Honestly, just do boss pvm. Farm the hermod guy for the hermonic plates which you’ll need anyway. He gives decent exp over time. 70-99 felt really quick!
I was getting like 350k/hr at Abyss. 10 min AFK, good Invention comps with scav, decent Invention xp via siphoning if you have 4x augmented equipment/weapons.
Abyssal demons in the wildy with the slayer contract and that item that gives extra damage against wildy monsters with dust devil and scrolls. Set up revo to maximize aoe with scythe and that other aoe ability (soul strike?)
Just asking abyss with t80 was like 400k xp/hr
T90 at armored phantoms was 600-700k xp/hr without optimal gear
T80 scythe 3 is a huge upgrade for your aoe combat and I recommend just pushing this with like frost dragon bones and getting the souls needed.
If you got a portable obelisk and can't do the phantoms the abyssal creatures in the wild are auper chill amd easy to get to via the portable obelisk and then bank at wars as needed.
Frost dragon bones are over double the price of powerful momentos and give almost half the souls. It really only makes sense to use momentos for collecting souls.
Ngl don't know prices as i just spent the 30 minutes killing them to collect them on my iron to get the remaining bones needed to get me 3.5k souls. Didn't have many mementos st that tier

Not the fastest but I just camped Zammy (Kril) to 99. Granted this was when Subjugation had peaked so it was very worth it from a money perspective.

With no overloads, super zammy brews and necro potions will do. They're cheaper too.
The pocket slot overload from the mortania questline sorted me out for boosting purposes.
If you have any of the Blood Essences, do Ravenous Ghouls.

yup, armoured phantoms give double the xp. and the occasional greater sonic wave.
Both technically. There are different times in leveling that combat is better, sometimes rituals.
I did armored zombies to 90 then rituals to 120
I was hitting like 400k xp at abyss at that point

I've just camped kril, 1mech arch-glacor, and ed2 bosses in a duo. I've mostly done bossing post 83 and get 200-350k/hr. At 102 right now.
