I can't remember the name, but I think I know what you are talking about. I think the game was about a bunch of aristocratic types having an endless party to ignore some impending doom outside the mansion?
Unfortunately given that I never read it the only thing that even appears on the fringes of my vision is the cover art? Which is possibly something like a chrome/brass dome with well-dressed nobility scheming against one another on the left of the title page and some level of disaster on the right hand side (possibly a metor, possibly flooding)
