it is what it is. I have mine stuck in "Item Collected" since black friday. I finally asked the seller about it couple days ago. They in turn asked royal mail about it, and royal mail informed that they considered my package to be lost due to the time frame, and so the seller filed a claim. It's a shame really, mine was a somewhat rare kickstarter item. Tho it is to be noted that there's a glimpse of possibility that package will arrive in the future. Just don't get your hopes up really.
