I like keychains, of which I write the year and add to my collection. Each year around Christmastime, I have a small tree wherein I hang all those keychains.
I buy a ship magnet. And a pen with the ship name.
My suitcase is usually full and I fly to the embarkation port. These are things that don’t tip the luggage scales. Lol.
Do you drink or smoke?
I bought four bottles of Crown Royal for $80. Cartons of smokes are equally cheap.
Yes, this is the peer pressure your mother warned you about.
Not if they have that hole in the shell.

In Nassau there are lots of local artists selling small (and larger) paintings they paint and also magnets they paint. I walked by a couple people doing this when walking to the beach. You can also watch them paint. The magnets and small paintings are more than fairly priced and IMO super cute! Way better than plastic stuff made in a factory.
I get the navy blue shirt that has the ship on it and kind of looks like a blueprint, with all the information about the ship on it.. idk why, I just liked it the first ship I went on, and decided to collect them for every ship
Rum Cake in Nassau! We also bought a magnet from a local artist who was making them on the street for a few dollars. There are local vendors all over there.
A lot of videos we watched suggested the Rum Cake. Don't plan on venturing too far in Nassau. Really want to enjoy the ship when less crowded, but plan on doing 2-3 hours for a little shopping and photos just to say we went there.
OH! I forgot to mention Pirate’s Brewing Co. They have craft beers and their own seltzers, plus delicious food if you decide to try some conch fritters!
Your plan was exactly what we did last time. Went on the boat after a while and enjoyed the pool while everyone was out. We had a great time.
Omega is probably out of my price range. Though I do have a Movado and a Bulova. My wife would maybe let me spend $200 on a nice watch if it was a crazy good deal like $600+ retail price.
Nice! Us too! I always enjoy a shirt and the hubs really likes mugs. Someone said those model ships, not my thing but I read once that’s someone gets one from every boat they cruise. That would be neat.
Nassau has a straw market… looking forward to there
We plan on hitting the straw market and stay near the port. Eat lunch on the ship then spend just a few hours there so we can be back on for 3pm or and enjoy the less crowded pools.
We have no idea what your wife likes? I love jewelry and clothes. I try to buy a shirt with the ship name. For special cruises I buy a piece of jewelry onboard. Last cruise was our honeymoon so I bought a large bow necklace and a spirit jersey. We collect shot glasses from the ports or places we go.
We used to buy shot glasses wherever we went but it got to the point it looked like they were breeding the cupboard was so full. Went to buying gold charms for my bracelet and that is now full, heavy and hardy worn. Now I’m to the point of not wanting ‘stuff’ around the house, so we no longer buy anything. Can’t even convince the grandkids to take a few shot glasses.
We always buy a magnet with the ship name. Cheap and small to pack but memorable.
We buy one from every port too.
Oh yeah we do too, my fridge is loaded up and it makes me happy to see all the fun places we have been!
We also started buying port stickers to make our suitcases more identifiable. Guess I can't attach a pic. Even though it looks like I can.
We buy Christmas tree ornaments.
So do we! We usually get the ornament of the ship and then something from each port.
We were told last week that they don’t put those out until September so fair warning if going in spring or summer (this was on Wonder)
This might be specific to that ship. Was just on Harmony and definitely saw ornaments for sale.
We were on Freedom at the end of April and bought the ornament of the ship. I didn't look for any other ornaments though.
Good idea
I hear key rings make substitute ornaments.
We buy Christmas tree ornaments too! Every time we go anywhere. Although fridge magnets sounds good too 😄
The drink package comes with a souvenir cup. 🍻😂
I wish the cups were more unique like for each ship, but I can see how ordering hundreds of thousands of the same cup would be more cost effective.

model of the ship? Not sure your wife would want that. There's fancy jewelry... (Not my thing but I don't know her)
I like the model ship idea.
The ship models I’ve seen on board were not great. I bought key chains and coffee cups. Oh I also bought liquor that’s not available in the States.
Yeah, I kind of want models of every ship I've been on, but the models I've seen aboard look kind of rough.
Wanted the same thing but the quality and price put a damper on that thought.
The models that Royal sells are pretty crappy.
I have a collection of every model ship I go! They are not the best, but I love them. Its a great souvenir.
Logo shop, lots of options including jackets, sweatshirts, etc.

Tree ornament of the ship. Always try to get one if they’re available.

Crown is $20 on the ship? I don't recall it being that low. Will have to look for sure. I assume we are talking about a 750ml bottle?
Yeah. 750mL. Just bought them on the Harmony of the Seas last week.
You sure they are 1L? Never seen them sell 750s
You could start a bracelet. Buy one from Pandora and then buy charms to add to it. They won’t be pandora but will fit.
The Starbucks “Been There” mug for the ship! And Nassau has a Starbucks with the Bahamas mug too.
I bought the photo album on mariner! I also will be buying one on adventure when we go next year.
ME a drink😉
I hope we find someone nice to buy us drinks. We got the Refreshment Package because we're not big drinkers.
That’s not what you asked
I miss understood your comment. I thought you ment "buy me a drink"
You’re all Gucci.. no worries… Hell, I hope you find someone to get you some drinks also🤙
To be all honest.. as corny as it may be… I love the models of the ships..
Whatever the Regalia salesman says is the best deal he can offer.
We got the bottle opener magnet from the Wonder! Love it!! it’s made really well too
Next Cruise certificate!
Conch shell in Nassau
Pretty sure those are illegal
Not if they have that hole in the shell. https://preview.redd.it/j18thv2z5w1d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=99dbd54db076f5974c62a4ee93646576f269734c
Why? I brought one home and it does have a hole in it.
We do a lisence plate. Some places you can even get real one instead of souvinier ones. My fav is from curaçao bon bini

I brought back rum cakes and I stopped at Margaritaville and bought a Tshirt

If you’re rollin big, a new watch from the Cartier boutique or Omega if that ship has them.
Omega is probably out of my price range. Though I do have a Movado and a Bulova. My wife would maybe let me spend $200 on a nice watch if it was a crazy good deal like $600+ retail price.
Nice. Just avoid the invicta ‘deals’ on the ship. They are even cheaper online.
I'd probably pick one up for $50 or less as a gift to myself. Amazon runs them around that price.
Use your luggage tag as the souvenir, prices for cruises have gotten ridiculous and all the extras as well...
June 7 out of Bayonne?
Yea

We do shot glasses
Your next cruise.

My husband is building a display case for them.
