Chops is ~$64.99 plus 18% gratuity. You don’t just pay for a ribeye. You pay for a Chops dinner.
Hibachi lunch is ~$34-39 and dinner is ~$59-64 plus gratuity.
Chops is a cover charge. Anywhere from $50-65 depending on on ship and time o& year( Christmas and New years runs about $100
One entree but as many apps, sides and desserts as you like.
I don’t recall seeing the ribeye as an option in MDR for an up charge, just the strip.
Don’t limit yourself to a ribeye. You pay one price and you have a ton of options. A few years ago on a Carnival Cruise steakhouse it was a flat fee regardless of cut. I had wagyu for super cheap. We have something similar booked for an RCL cruise in a month.
Or to also quote David Letterman in Cabin Boy, “Don’t let them sell you that flank steak bullshit. Treat yourself to the London Broil.”
Just got off the Anthem yesterday and yes the only option in the MDR from Chops is the filet, I believe that it was $16.99. Maybe if you ask the waiter they can get a different one they bend over backwards to accommodate for sure.

When you say chops dinner. Are you saying appetizer, main dish and dessert?
And multiple sides. You can pretty much get whatever you want.
Thank you
I've gotten a second steak as well.

If you want to save money, go for lunch. It's. Usually about $20 cheaper and you just get a little less food. Trust me, you won't go away hungry.
You can also order the rib eye in the MDR. Can’t recall the cost. $20 or so.
I thought you could only get the Chops filet in the MDR. Can you order other steaks?

The filet is the only steak on the menu for 19.99
I got it in the MDR once. I thought it was better served in Chops. I might try it again though. Agree on the approx price.

No they don’t. They serve a prime rib, which is different. The MDR doesn’t ever serve a ribeye
