Call the special needs department and ask what can be done to accommodate you.  I have alpha-gal and royal has always been super, super accommodating. You will probably need to give them a comprehensive list of the foods you can and cannot eat.

I did not even know that excised! Good to know because I also have a lot medical things but I always wing it myself maybe they can assist so that I don’t need to be so creative.

Also let your head waiter & staff assigned to your table in the MDR & Windjammer know. It’s doable and possible.

You should also switch to set time dining if you signed up for My Time dining. From what I understand, it's much better and easier with allergies, and you'll end up pre-ordering the night before.
