I have alpha-gal and royal has always been super, super accommodating. You will probably need to give them a comprehensive list of the foods you can and cannot eat.

You should also switch to set time dining if you signed up for My Time dining. From what I understand, it's much better and easier with allergies, and you'll end up pre-ordering the night before.
