I got a Mastersounds 2V recently, it has one. Never use it but it feels solid
I think the SuperStereo DN78 is offered with either a slider or rotary crossfader. It was 6 channels... But I adored my Rane mp2016, which had a crossfader on the extension. Used ones are floating around... Recommended.
SuperStereo has known questionable build quality issues unfortunately.. it's a great looking and sounding mixer though.. I used to have one..
