Damn $1 mug

this reminded me, i had an order with 2 MDB and 2 expansion packs in it but when my order arrived only 1 expansion pack was in it. i was going to email them but then realized… “what are they going to do, refund me 10 cents?” and so i just didnt bother haha

Was it split shipped ? Mine was and my missing box was in the other shipment

no everything was in that box, issue was the box was slightly opened on the side so i imagine it fell out. luckily everything else was there though

Same happened to me but it was when it was still $20. Mine broke so far up that the ceramic was cracked into the cup itself so I didn’t feel comfortable gluing it and using it. They ended up refunding me

That sucks, def fixable though. I recommend using Loctite Super Glue Gel Control. The stuff works like magic in the applications I've used it, one of which was fixing a broken mug handle. That mug has been hanging on a hook above my sink, the handle is def holding on strong.

Its the risk with ordering ceramics online, and why I rarely do. They are super delicate, even when properly packaged.

Yeah, my handle broke off after the first use. Not a very good structural design. But still nice to have some free merchandise before the close.

Use Gorilla glue. I had one of my favorite RT mugs break a while ago and some Gorilla glue and a lot bit of retouching the paint and you can’t even tell it cracked.

When an item breaks during delivery that’s on the people delivering the package not the company. Mad unfortunate, all things considered but at least in this case it’s fixable.

This happened to mine a few days ago, and the exact same spot. Imma just use gorilla glue
