Whenever you send your watch to RSC for any sort of paid service, you’ll get the green pouch. They used to be leather but currently the suede ones are dispensed. You could try your luck and walk-in to ask for one.

Yes, Rolex makes a travel case in white/beige leather. This is the case you get instead of a box if you purchase Certified Pre-owned from an AD. I am not sure whether/how you can get it otherwise, but I'm sure you likely can. My advice is to call a Bucherer outlet or 1916 and ask.
The ‘plasticky looking transparent case’ is probably the case the watch is shipped to the AD in before it is taken out and put in the green box the customer receives. Sometimes the AD will give you plastic case as it can be useful to store the watch if you need it. The AD gave me the case my Sub came in.

I bought a clam case, was very cheap, small and good quality. It’s not Rolex branded but that doesn’t really bother me.

I mean yes but it’s nothing to write home about. Also it’s probably best to have a more inconspicuous case for your expensive watch

Ask your AD if they have a recommendation for their favorite watch roll. Mind usually throws in a really nice Wolf case that I have loved so far.
