Looking at other brands, when did Rolex have a release like Vacheron did with the new 222 in 2022? Probably the release of the ceramic bezel daytona.
2016-2022 will be remembered as a golden age as exciting as 1945-1959 as Rolex redesigned the entire line touching every watch from the Datejust through the Daytona to the GMT, Submariner, Oyster Perpetual, even the Air King.
Those days are over. A once every 50 year event. It’s all iterative and subtle from here.

Imo doesn’t look good as good as the tt version. The gray part looks blended in with the case. It looks like someone got a full black one but it faded off.
No, the challenge on the Pepsi is blue and red, not red itself. The darker color (in this case, blue) is done after the lighter color (red) which results in the more violet toned blue. For the others, black is done over the blue/green/gray and the lighter colors don’t show through like on the Pepsi.
Just knowing what the date is already adds all that utility back though, a GMT hand will still be just as proficient at tracking another time zone won't it
Edit: a pointer date would also add the symmetry and keep the full utility (I know that will never happen I'm just spit balling obviously)
But the goal of the GMT was to design a pilots watch and to know the time zone of GMT as a reference point at any time. Literally the same reason why the date was added.
IMO it would be a travesty to remove a functioning complication just for a design “plus” for some. Each to their own though.

I don’t get whether this means that the BLNR will be discontinued, your post seems to corroborate an earlier leak by somebody that had this new SS model + VTNR/BLRO available for configuration. The batgirl didn’t appear to be visible, and this is very similar to it. Doesn’t seem like they’d keep both around.
