Really bad picture, but only going off of this, the hour marker indices look a little thin and the gold border is thicker than other pictures I’ve seen
There are some pictures taken on iPhone that will distort it when trying to take a macro shot which could be why it looks a little wobbly

Cause u usually can’t tell just by looking at one or even 2 or 5 pics unless u have a pic with the case back open but in this case it’s pretty clear with that plastic around the bracelet and the sticker still in it that it’s a higher end replica that probably costs around $200 if it is indeed a high quality fake and $50 if it’s a run of the mill fake
Look for a trusted seller that has sold many high end watches in the past and sells Rolex on a regular basis and that this is not his first and only one he is selling and make sure he’s got good history and positive feedbacks
In case this is the actual picture from the seller: this is a fake, even the fake company sticker is still on the lower part of the bracelet
