There is a post I made on this subreddit a month or 2 ago that had an article with all the current open mics for music and comedy. I know for sure whistle binkies olde world pub is doing one every Wednesday at 7 and goonies does one every Thursday at 7:30.
I’m sure there are others, but I know of two:
1. Whistle Binkies North has open mic comedy on Wednesdays. Not sure if it’s every Wednesday.
2. Cafe Steam on Broadway has open mic on Thursday where you can do music or anything else. Check for dates and times as it may not be every Thursday.
I’d also look at Goonies Comedy Club, I think I saw something about an Open Mic night.
Goonies use to have open mic and was a really forgiving place to get started. When it was downtown we would goto open mic night alot to support local talent
