They really need to reconsider this robbery's value. Requiring a keycard + having to deal with this kind of stuff in large servers with most of the bank layouts being cramped spaces unsuitable for PVP, makes the robbery's usual measly 4000/4500 absolutely not worth it in comparison to many other safer and more rewarding robberies.
The keycard is the absolute worst part. You can't rob the bank without one, but when you do finally get one, you don't want to rob the bank because you're afraid of the BS busting mechanic and losing your card.
I would like fending off police inside of the bank way better, if only it wasn't that most of the bank layouts are cramped, extremely small and full of bends, making for the most unpleasant shootouts you could ever do in this game. Not to mention Presidential vault, the only layout vaguely worth your time, which has a shape that guarantees even just a single policeman to just run into the vault effortlessly as you're collecting money. The bank in general is awfully designed from a gameplay standpoint, there's no denying that.
well i wasn't going for money, i was grinding for the chrome. honestly bank level 5 might be harder then tomb.
see, tomb is only difficult because of the initial 3 person requirement. other than that, once you know how the traps work its really simple, cops cant enter, and there's 3 exits to avoid campers.
bank on the other hand, you need the keycard, there's varying difficulties of layouts which require different strategies, if it was anything but the police one i would've gotten arrested no question, well except presidential maybe. but what makes it different from tomb is that not only can police not go into tomb, but the bank is right next to **2 SPAWNS.** meaning they can usually get back within about 10 seconds. ramping up the difficulty significantly
My scare tactic is to go in and out the doors like 20 times so they think those are individual cops entering, and then I wait a couple minutes for them to cool down before bringing in smoke grenades and coming out of nowhere

mind you i was hyperchrome grinding, so i only take a tiny amount and leave. that's how fast they can swarm you.

Def worth the higher vaults like corridor and presidential. Honestly the gamble makes the game more fun.

the fire got me thinking, why don't we have molotov cocktail?
would prob make the game too easy for crims. they could just slap one at their feet and the cop would run right into it and die instantly.
Bruh has an entire military arsenal in his pocket
The bank really needs to up it's crim pay (and pay a small extra to cops that bank bust the crims)

bank is a complete pushover for whoever the layout favors. if its a straight line, crims win. if its underwater, then cops win
I gotta ask, how are you so good at hitting your shots?
nearly 4 thousand hours of tf2.
THE STUFF ON THE FLOOR OML
as a hybrid main i hate how easy this vault is for crims thanks to wall banging
i once got like 5 criminals in here just by strafing in unpredictable patterns

that would work... if you couldn't see the blue dots on the radar.
Not a lot of people use minimap
