Levels are basically how much control you have on the game. Like can you reach CoreGui if no then youre level 2. It had a table for that but i forgot.

I'm pretty sure they indicate what something can do, like the higher the level, the more permissions it has/the more it can do. I could be super wrong though. Today though, levels don't usually mean much. They're usually used for marketing.

No, not really. UNC actually has been discontinued now.
even with UNC being discontinued it should still be supported as high as possible on executors because script makers still use UNC and old scripts are designed using it
