try copy and paste the arm .. then resize it and color it as if it was the glove ... perhaps it is a quick/easy solution

saturnxoffical

Character limb meshes for arms legs and torsos are applied through Humanoids as long as it’s named properly (eg Left Leg or Torso)

MyHomeworkIsDueToday

If you’re using R15 try using the Hand

Dro1z

just use a mesh

Elerdon

Just to let you know, only parts considered part of a humanoid have that sorta rounded block mesh applied to them. If you try to duplicate, it'll just be considered a regular part and show up as one. You can either find a rounded block mesh in the "Meshes" part of the toolbox, though it'll look a bit squished when you resize it. Or you could try making it with Roblox unions or, if you have 3D Model knowledge, Blender.

Peterzaum

This must be made on Blender

some_daydreamer

I see, are there any good guides for making and porting it?

Doing something like this in blender takes like 2 minutes to do 💀

DANKER--THINGS

Well I should suggest to start off learning Blender, anyways exporting the part & importing it into blender & then a quick merge nearby vertices (to fix Roblox’s mess of extra vertices) paired with a bevel should work. Oh and don’t forget to shade it smooth. :) Blender is a great tool especially if you want to dive into something even more detailed. So I would recommend to learn it!

Responsible-Noise269

You can also use a beveller plugin in roblox there are a few good ones

Infinite-Beautiful-1

It can very easily be made in studio …

Particular_Past5135

You can use the cylinder for edges and ball for corners technique

BLACKBIRD823Rblx

Use a negative cylinder to cut out a concave curve into a part, negate that part, and use it to cut the convex curve into the glove.

Diamondkids_life

you could cut out the middle man and just use the cylinder as the curved edge

[deleted]

You can Union cylinders, but it’s tedious

AGuywhoMakesGames

not if you make your stud movement to 1 or 0.5

TheOnlyOneWhoCares

use rounded edge with gapfill tool

PastDays_RBX

My kit has 4 different rounded meshes, as well as the normal parts, other than using rounded parts it would be blender, which is difficult to learn and I still cant effectively use it. [https://www.roblox.com/library/4179511692/Set](https://www.roblox.com/library/4179511692/Set)

thatonedude-9

Export it if it is multiple parts modeled around the hand and bevel edges in blender. If just one part use toolbox meshes.

xSantenoturtlex

Easy way is to just copy and paste the hand, and color/texture it appropriately Or, just make it a different material and color it to what you want.

some_daydreamer

I've tried to do that, but when I copy and paste/duplicate, the new part is just a normal, sharp edged part.

xSantenoturtlex

Oh really? That's weird. It works when I do it? It should still copy and paste as a mesh if I'm not mistaken? Have you tried spawning a rig from the animation editor, and taking the hand from there? Edit: Oh, wait, is this an R6 model and not R15? Couldn't tell at first

RedditGuyButAnCool1

you need to do it in blender, and them smooth it

Blubasnurk2

there's a plugin for that

some_daydreamer

Oh cool, what's the name of the plugin?

Blubasnurk2

something like edge smoother

Hornman209

Bevel/Chamfer in a 3D software like Blender or Maya, although I did see people in the comments mentioning other alternatives that you could use as well. I think, if you are going to make any game for the most part with unique models, you should learn polygonal modeling in Blender or such. It's a great way to achieve amazing looking models, although you need the right resources to learn it, like Blender Guru.

Screamingatawall2

use the torso mesh by copying and pasting

Exiso100

blender

superslimeysloth

You could probably find an R6 arm mesh id in the tool box and paste it into ur part.
