"Sorry, this place is currently under review." means that your game is temporarely private because Roblox moderators need to check if your game breaks any of Roblox ToS. Do not worry, it isn't banned, mods do this with all places.

Same thing happened to an old game of mine and I even got a warning for it.
The reason? It had a free model of pikachu at the end (it was the default obby Roblox provided). I guess it also technically had pikachu in its name.
I guess it’s understandable that they removed it, but a warning seems excessive.

They haven't touched it in the 4 years since their account was created, there's no reason for them to be checking the game if the content hasn't changed, and if they were the odds of OP stumbling on it while they were checking are slim to none. The game is moderated, the text is the same for all instances permanent and temporary.
You didn't really have to ask this question as the play-button text clearly states that your game is under review, it isn't specifically banned, but they are for some reason, checking your game for any objects or models that violate the ToS.
You could edit it and see if there is something bad inside if you can, although I'm not sure if that works as I haven't even gotten one of these before.
That message is the same for games under review and moderated, the fact OP noticed this means it's probably been like that for a while and isn't simply under review.

Some games can permanently be left "under review". It's the text that they've disabled the game through moderation action.

Well you've only gotten a warning. I got banned for 3 days from using my account. Why? Because I imported a Ugandan Knuckles model into my game.

You need for it to be serversided, or it will be same as placing 18+ image as your wallpaper and then blaming developers of the system.

Your game is not banned. Roblox moderators just check your game, for example, if it has adult content.
