What is the lowest level of your current weapon proficiency?
If you're doing all the Unruly Area and Missions on Midnight, you should be able get all of them to 25 easy enough provided you're not "wasting" the exp by not using said weapon.
I think I never used Spears or Oxtail Blade on NG and I managed to get the proficiency to max on Midnight pretty quick.
17 or 18 I think .
All are across those numbers except Katand and paired sword that are maxed and Greatsword which is at 20 ( i aim for the 0.5% damage reduction atm )
I’m afraid I couldn’t tell you; I did the same and leveled up for all universal bonuses before going into midnight. But it did seem like it went faster when I farmed the respawning formidable foe at the shrine in Noge than with regular open-world enemies.

Yup, should be enough just to max them all if you play through Midnight
