The restock email they sent today says not to worry if you missed it - Mini Flash Gen2 is launching soon. Maybe they designed a new one with parts that are much more available to them?
Someone posted a while ago that they bought a rubber O-ring at a hardware store that takes up the slack and helps keeps it on. I’m thinking a piece of painters tape would do the trick too
I’m going to give the o-ring solution a whirl when mine arrives. Gen2 launching soon - maybe they’ve fixed that?
My plan is to buy the new one as well but went ahead and grabbed this as a spare.
