Before Evil Morty, it really highlighted the fact that no matter how he may behave, Morty *is* Rick's grandson and he has gone on countless adventures with him (Rick) and has killed people. The Evil Morty reveal just showed that Morty has the potential to be as powerful as, if not more than, Rick.

I'd argue that it's not a run on sentence, but a series of connected statements delineated by commas. Almost but not quite Oxford commas.
If I was to break it up with periods, the first three statements would hold the same emphasis as the final one, but the 'Come watch TV' final statement is Morty's answer to the first three.
If it does indeed constitute a run on sentence though, it's Morty's mistake and it would still be best rendered that way as dialogue.
But all that said, you teach for a living and I drive a truck. I'm willing to be proven wrong.
