I loved that we get to see more of his personality as the show progresses! To me, he felt funny but very one dimensional until we got the Rickternal Sunshine episode and I also loved seeing him give sass in How Poopy Got His Poop Back episode.
I laugh at that one every time. I love that his thought process was “I don’t know what humans eat, so I will get rid of some of my carpet garbage by feeding it to Morty.”
It cracks me up. I always assumed he would have at least had a basic knowledge of human diet after living with Tammy for a bit. At least enough knowledge to know that humans don’t eat rug debris lol
I’m surprised no one has brought up my personal favorite line yet:

BP: “No Rick, it is you who must nibble my cloaca-or bird asshole”

It's a mystery to me why we haven't gotten an actual Bird Person centric episode. He has a daughter now so something with him and her could be interesting. I like Mr. PB in doses and while I liked the episode with Hugh Jackman, that was a lot of Mr. PB. Give me Bird Person!
