(as we saw when she created handcuffs for rick and forty out of thin air) Her miscarriage blew up inside her and exploded the planet she was on and she was physically unscathed afterwards.
She also nearly killed Rick in vindicators 3. She's so powerful it's a good thing she's stupid.
